The story line was good but the delivery was blasé. There were too many instances of repeated explanations. I am certainly not a good story-teller but I appreciate good storytelling. There is wittiness to goo storytelling. In this book, there were too many repeated instances of descriptions rather than crafty descriptions through dialogue or action. For example, Savage repeats his internal thoughts on how he became successful at least twice within 1-2 chapters of each other.

When I was reading, I did not get the giddiness nor frustration I felt when I read "Whitney, my love."

I love this book.
This book has interesting pieces but overall it is disturbing. The main character Antonia is extremely naive and her relationship with Adam Savage is creepy. He is significantly older then her and was potentially going to be her stepfather. There is one point where she compares him to ALL male figures in her life, including lover and father. The book would have been better if her deception would have been carried out until Anthony arrived back in England and the hero should have been someone more appropriate rather than her much older guardian.
This writer is extraordinary. Seduced is a fun novel about two twins of opposite sex. One twin (the female) will have a wild time being her masculine brother to save an estate. She will even be taught how to be a better man by her guardian. The love will come but to whom? Hot and wild. Worth every penny and minute to read!!
This book is about what Twins are capable of. It is a mite too fantastic. The girl, posing as her brother is never found out. Her antagonist who becomes her lover is twice her age at least and we are talking 16. I have the impression that Mrs. Henley could have done a lot better with her plot. On the other hand it remains a fairly good read.
Seduced is an outstanding book from the very beginning to the very last page. The twins will hold your interest until one disappears and then the action begins. The arrival of their guardian changes everything. All will enjoy.
